Overall Impression	1 There are many problems with the video that detract from its effectiveness. PSA is less than 30 secs or longer than 120.	2 There are some problems but overall the video communicates the issue. PSA is less than 45 secs or longer than 120.	3 Any problems are so minimal that they don't distract from the effectiveness of the message. PSA is between 45-60 secs.	4 Video is well edited, engaging, and effective. PSA is between 60-120 secs.
Content	1 The PSA is not accurate and does little to address the issues of the topic.	2 The PSA contains accurate content, but it does not address the topic adequately.	3 Original and accurate PSA, but fails to hold the interest of the audience.	4 Original, accurate, and interesting PSA that adequately addresses the issue.
Organization	1 Video is a series of unrelated clips; may be silly or project not taken seriously.	2 Students take project seriously but information may be organized in a way that makes the PSA difficult to understand.	3 Material is well organized.
