Rubric for PSA Students will be given a topic and will need to make a PSA lasting 1 minute and no longer then 2 minutes

There are many problems with the video that distract from its effectiveness. Problems may include sound issues, poor information, not enough pictures, too brief, too many effects, etc.<BR>
