Level 1 Evaluation: Reaction

Please rate the overall effectiveness of the training program itself on its' ability to benefit your family in your role as a parent/family advocate.

Level 2 Evaluation: Learning

Pre- and post- test completed. Participants were given the same test before and after the training in order to evaluate the degree of learning that took place. Total points possible were 10. Passing grade was 7 or higher.

80% or higher of participants showed an increase in knowledge and understanding from pre- to post- test by scoring 7 or higher on post evaluation.

75%-80% of participants showed an increase in knowledge and understanding from pre- to post- test by scoring 7 or higher on post evaluation.

Level 3 Evaluation: Behavior

1 month after training completion training evaluators to perform in-home observational interviews with participant parents/families to observe communication and behaviors.

80% or higher of participants showed a continued understanding and ability to apply the Family Cleaning/Organizational tools and skills using the model organizational charts/calendar in 100% of all observations.

75%-80% of participants showed a continued understanding and ability to apply the Family Cleaning/Organizational tools and skills using the model organizational charts/calendar in 100% of all observations

Level 4 Evaluation: Results
