Research/Planning	Poor YouTube video shows misinterpreted statements, graphics and failed to identify the relevance.	Fair YouTube video shows some points of correct information while others areas are not correct. Some information relevant but not completely evaluated correctly.	Good YouTube video shows relevant information from multiple sources. Evaluated and synthesized properly.	Excellent YouTube video indicates the students have found a variety of correct and accurate information, used meaningful graphics and sounds.
Content	Poor Ideas are unclear, contains little relevant information. Information is incomplete, out of date, or not correct.	Fair Content is vague, containing 3 or less correct facts or information. Some information does not fit, sources appear unreliable.	Good Contains at least 5 correct pieces of relevant information. Gives a clear understanding of the topic and is in right sequence.	Excellent Contains 7 or more relevant ideas, presented in a logical sense. Project gives the audience a clear sense of the main idea.
Layout	Poor Layout is cluttered, confusing, does not properly convey the idea. Very hard to understand. Needs revision.	Fair Layout has minimal structure but spacing of segments and other elements are not used to properly convey idea. Needs revision.	Good Layout shows structure, but some elements appear to be clustered, and busy throughout the video.	Excellent Layout is visually pleasing and properly conveys the overall message of the student. Appropriate use of segment spacing and fades.
Pictures/Sounds	Poor Sound in video inaudible and/or picture is distorted. Needs revision.	Fair Some parts of video are inaudible and/or sound is distorted.	Good Video is mostly audible and picture is done well, has few points of bad sound or picture.	Excellent All of the video is audible and picture is done correctly.
