Important The goal is important to the person making the goal	Distinguished The goal is important to the person making the gaol	Proficient The goal is important to some people but not to the person who made the goal.	Unsatisfactory The goal is silly and not important at all
How to get there Describe steps to reach goal	Distinguished The student designs a clear strategy for attaining his or her goals by discussing a personal growth plan.	Proficient The student designs an unclear strategy for reaching his or her goals. The description of how to get there does not make sense or will not help the person reach the goal.	Unsatisfactory The student fails to develop a strategy for attaining his or her goal.
