Chose proper first aid items Kits should have all items listed	Level 1 Did not choose proper First Aid Kit items.	Level 2 Chose some of the proper First Aid items, but chose some that were not listed.	Level 3 Chose most of the proper First Aid items, but had a few that were not listed.	Level 4 Chose all of the proper First Aid items and all listed items for the given activity.
Gave accurate explanations of item	Level 1 Did not have the proper explanation of item chosen.	Level 2 Explanation for half of the items was given.	Level 3 Explanation for more than half of the items was given.	Level 4 Showed extensive knowledge of what the items were and what they may use them for.
Kit Cost	Level 1 The first aid kit items were not priced.	Level 2 First aid kit was partially priced and had less than half the required pricing.	Level 3 First aid kit was original and had over half the required items priced.	Level 4 First Aid Kit was completed with all required prices and totaled at the end.
