Student put in some time and effort researching the topic, but either more information is needed on the topic, or too much of the information used is incorrect.
Poor
The student evidently put in very little time and effort researching the topic and the majority of the information provided is inaccurate.
Writing Process
Great
Student puts a lot of time and effort into the entire writing process and works hard to create a quality piece of writing.
Good
Student devotes sufficient time and effort to the writing process and completes the report in full.
Fair
Student puts in some time and effort to the writing process, but is not as thorough as they could be. Report is unfinished or lacks important piece of the structure, such as an introduction or conclusion.
Poor
Student does not put in very much time or effort into the writing process. Report is either incomplete or incomprehensible.

Organization in the report is clear. Ideas and facts follow each other in a logical sequence and clear transitions are present.

Organization in the report is good. One or two ideas or facts may seem out of place, but clear transitions are present.

The report is hard to follow at times, and not all transitions are clear.

Ideas and facts seem to be scattered through report randomly, no clear transitions are present.
