Teamwork/rules/fairply	Poor Often uses the same teammates. Student displays lack of fair play. Sometimes follows rules and argues with other students.	Fair Occasionally uses the whole team. Student displays a good sense of fair play. Usually follows the rules and occasionally argues with other students, but overall progress is satisfactory.	Good Often uses the whole team. Student displays a very good sense of fair play. Student almost always follows rules and rarely argues with other students.	Excellent Consistently uses the whole team. Student displays an excellent sense of fair play. Student always follows the rules and never argues with other students.
Movement in game	Poor Often does not move to play offense or defense.	Fair Runs pass patterns on offense and covers the opposing player defensively occasionally.	Good Runs pass patterns on offense and covers the opposing player defensively most of the time.	Excellent Runs pass patterns on offense and covers the opposing player defensively on every play.
Catching	Poor Student makes no attempt to catch football.	Fair Student attempts to catch football and occasionally is able to catch football.	Good Student moves toward the ball while it is flight and is able to catch football most of the time.	Excellent Student moves toward the ball while it is in flight and is consistantly able to catch football.
