Good Demonstates posture and squat distance of the squat correctly, but forgets about the stance and grip.	Fair Demonstrates one of the four techniques correctly, but fall short of the other three techniques.	Poor Does not demonstrate any of the correct techniques, but does attempt.	No Attempt Student puts forth no effort to attempt the squat.	Score
Spotting	Excellent Student is positioned in the correct place with hands in ready position and shows communication with group members.	Above Average Student is positioned in the correct place and hands are in ready position, but has little communication with group members.
