Matrix Shape Rendering The students will take a basic shape or a combination of basic shapes and transcribe it/them onto a 9x9 grid using a monochromatic color scheme of different color intensities. They will then use matrix addition, multiplication, and/or inverses to compute and complete at least three changes to their original picture. Once the transitions have been calculated the student will then fill in a final 9x9 grid with the final product of the changes to their original shape(s). Fair Uses 9x9 grid with a shape or combination of shapes but only makes two transitions through matrices.	Good Uses 9x9 grid with a shape or combination of shapes and makes at least three transitions through matrices.
Transitions Math	No Attempt Turned in blank assignment or not at all.	Poor Tried to make the required three transitions but did not complete the math correctly.	Fair Tried to make the required three transitions but had small mathematical errors.	Good Made all three transitions and computed all of the math correctly.
Neatness and Organization	No Attempt Turned in blank assignment or not at all.	Poor Turned in very sloppy work, hard to follow steps involved or see the shape transitions generally.	Fair Turned in somewhat sloppy work, slightly hard to follow steps involved and to completely see shape transitions.	Good Work is very neat and organized can easily follow all steps and clearly see the shape transitions.
