Jump Rope Rubric
	Developing = S 79 pts	Proficient = S+ 89 pts	Excellent = S++ 100 pts
Starting Position	Developing = S Student bends knees and jumps low over rope or object occasionally.	Proficient = S+ Student bends knees and jumps low over rope some of the time.	Excellent = S++ Student bends knees and jumps low over the rope most of the time.
Jump Rope mechanics	Developing = S Student has their head up and takes off and lands on balls of feet occasionally occasionally.	Proficient = S+ Student has their head up and takes off and lands on balls of feet some of the time.	Excellent = S++ Student had their head up and takes off and lands on balls of feet most of the time.
Pacing	Developing = S Student has correct form with a continuous, smooth movement keeping feet together occasionally.	Proficient = S+ Student has correct form with a continuous, smooth movement keeping feet together some of the time.	Excellent = S++ Student has correct form with a continuous, smooth movement keeping feet together most of the time.
