Anatomy of Stretching 
Design a workout showing the major and minor muscles used in a series of stretching exercises. Develop a routine that has at least one exercise for your quads, butt and hamstrings, your push muscles, your pull muscles, and your core. A written summary and a video or physical presentation will be given in class
