Notes/Activites	Needs Improvement Warm-up, notes, and end-of-class reflections are there (6 pts)	Acceptable These show corrections as we talk about them in class (7 pts.)	Meets Expectations Work is completesd and and shows student effort (8 pts)	Exceeds Expectations Can be used as a study guide because work is detailed (9 pts)	Outstanding Shows awareness of concepts on right side and thoughtful reflection on the left side (10 pts)
Assignments	Needs Improvement At least 75% of assignments are completes (6 pts)	Acceptable At least 90%of assignments are completed (7 pts)	Meets Expectations Assignments that are completed are corrected when we go through them in class (8 pts)	Exceeds Expectations 100% of assignments are completed (9 pts)	Outstanding And all of those assignments are corrected (10 pts)
Glossary	Needs Improvement There are words in the glossary (3 pts)	Acceptable The words have definitions (4 pts)	Meets Expectations The words are organized using the format in class and includes all words (Skip a line after every word/definition) (5 pts)	Exceeds Expectations Words definitions include pictures (6 pts)	Outstanding Words have notebook page numbers (7 pts)
Organization	Needs Improvement NB is confusing and pages and not numbered, but left and right organizationis there (1 pt)	Acceptable Work has some order to help make it less confusing (2 pts)	Meets Expectations Pages are numbered and has table of contents that is up to date (3 pts)	Exceeds Expectations Work is organized and uses color to organize thinking (4 pts)	Outstanding NB is very neat (5 pts)
