	No Points 0 pts	Fair 1 pts	Good 2 pts	Above Average 3 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Running (1 mile)	No Points Did not attempt or dress for the activity.	Fair Attempted, but did not complete the 1 mile.	Good Ran and Walked and finished 1 mile in less than 20 minutes.	Above Average Ran the whole mile without stopping in less than 10 minutes.	Excellent Ran the mile in less than 7 minutes.
Sit Ups	No Points Did not attempt or dress for activity.	Fair Unable to complete a full sit up, but did make attepmts.	Good Completed 1-5 sit ups in less than 1 minute.	Above Average Completed 6-25 sit ups in less than 1 minute	Excellent Completed more than 25 sit ups in less than 1 minute.
Pull Ups	No Points Did not attempt or dress for activity.	Fair Unable to complete a successful pull up, but did make attempts.	Good Completed 1-3 pull ups in less than 1 minute.
