Specific Sport Workout Presentation 
Students are to create a periodization training seasons workout based upon the specific sport they were given in class.. Please include the phases within each season and the type of training that occurs in each. A class presentation must be included. It must also incorporate fitness terminology "meaning what the athlete will get out of the exercise". The presentation must be 7-10 minutes long. Student's presentation must include at least 5 exercises.
