Personal Timeline - Past, Present, Future! Personal History Timeline Using your personal experiences, create a timeline of your life. The timeline is to be from your birth date through this current year, and through at least 2 events in the future. You must include at least 10 personal events. You will use several (3 or more) illustrations or photos to help identify these special events. Your timeline must be organized, neat and accurate. A birth or present year has been included.	Unsatisfactory A rough timeline is provided. Very few annual events have been recorded. The birth and present year have not been included.
Format	Advanced Timeline has a title, labeled years and identifies at least 10 personal events. At least 2 events take place in the future. Timeline is very neat and accurate. Student was creative in the way timeline was put together. It is easy to understand.	Proficient Timeline has a title, labeled years and identifies 8 personal events. Timeline is neat and accurate. Some creativity was used. It is mostly easy to understand.	Partially Proficient Timeline may contain a title, labeled years or identification of personal events. Timeline is not very neat. More creativity needs to be used. It is difficult to read.	Unsatisfactory Timeline has no title, labeled years or identification of personal events. It is neither neat nor accurate. No evidence that directions were followed.
