Proper Syllabication	Poor Student did not display proper syllabication of poem. Lines 1 and 3 did not have 5 syllables and line 2 did not have 7.	Fair Student somewhat displayed the proper syllabication of the poem. There were 1-3 errors.	Good Student displayed proper syllabication of the poem. There were no errors.
Handwriting	Poor Student did not write in cursive and is not legible.	Fair Student wrote in cursive and is somewhat legable	Good Student wrote in cursive and was neat and legable.
