Number Sentence	4 The math problem is written correctly using the correct numbers and proper operation.	3 The math problem is mostly written correctly using the correct numbers from the word problem.	2 The math problem is written incorrectly due to wrong numbers or incorrect operation.	1 The math problem is not written.
Answer	4 The answer to the math problem is correct and all work was shown (i.e. regrouping)	3 The answer is correct but work was not shown.	2 The answer is incorrect.	1 There is no answer.
Strategy and Explanation	4 The strategy used matches the problem and the student explained their work.	3 A strategy was used but the explanation is not complete.	2 A strategy was used but their is no explanation.	1 The strategy does not match the math problem or the answer and the student did not explain their work.
