Team Handball

Throwing	Poor Throws with two hands without stepping towards their target and doesn't use enough force to make it all the way to the target none of the time	Fair Throws with two hands without stepping towards their target and uses enough force to make it all the way to the target half of the time	Good Throws using one hand and also steps with the opposite foot towards their target using enough force to make it to the target all of the time
Catching	Poor Only uses one hand when recieving the ball from a teammate/partner none of the time	Fair Only uses one hand when recieving the ball from a teammate/partner half the time	Good Uses both hands successfully when recieving the ball from a teammate/partner all of the time
Safe	Poor The participant respects self but not others during physical activity and doesn't follow safety precausions any of the time	Fair The participant Respects self and others during physical activity and mostly follows safety precausions half the time	Good The participant respects both self and others during physical activity and also follows all safety precausions all of the time
Follows Rule of Game	Poor The participant does not know the rules and does not follow them.Student argues with other players.	Fair The participant knows the rules and follows them most of the time.	Good The participant knows and follows all rules and can apply them to game situation.
Dribbling	Poor Student cannot dribble or control the handball.	Fair Student can sometimes dribble and control the handball.	Good Student can dribble and control the handball with both hands.
