Notation Names	Poor Student is unable to identify names of musical notes in their composition on their instrument.	Fair Student can name some of the musical notes in their composition on their instrument of choice.	Good Student can name all of the musical notes in their composition on their instrument of choice.
Musical Composition	Poor Student is unable to write a chorus of a musical composition	Fair Student is learning to write chorus of a musical composition	Good Student is able to write a chorus of a musical composition.
Performance	Poor Student is unable to perform song on their instrument.	Fair Student is is learning to perform song on their instrument.	Good Student has mastered their composition on their instrument.
Presentation	Poor Musical composition does not fulfill assigned requirements, title, lyrics.	Fair Musical composition fulfills some requirements, title, lyrics.	Good Musical composition fulfills most or all requirements, title, lyrics.
Rhythm	Poor Lyrics do not rhythmically match music. There are many errors.	Fair Lyrics matches music at some points in composition with some errors.	Good Lyrics and music are in sync and fit together rhythmically well with few or no errors.
