Fair The recording appears unrehearsed, the enunciation is muddled and not clear and the recitation lacks expression and enthusiasm.	Poor No delivery.
Tone Quality 3 pts	Very Good Tone is consistently focused, clear, and centered throughout the range of the voice.	Good Tone is focused, clear, and centered through the normal singing range.
