Nutrition Project 
Students will log 3 meals per day, including 1 snack for 14 consecutive days. Students will analyze nutrition intake using USDA Food Guide as a reference. Summarize their log, critique and analyze their nutrient intake and recommend any alterations their diet may require. Students will compare their average daily intakes to the recommended amounts for Age and Gender. Students need to be thoughtful and thorough in their analysis.
