Role and Responsibility How well did you perform YOUR role?	Exemplary Took their Job seriously and performed duties very well.	Proficient Demonstrates a good sense of responsibility.	Developing Demonstrates some sense of responsibility but had to be 'coached' more than seemed necessary.	Unsatisfactory Shows little sense of responsibility.
Collaborative Efforts Did you work well with others?	Exemplary Dancer demonstrated great collaborative effort by communicating well with others and the Director. Showing leaderships skills and behaving appropriately and professionally.	Proficient Dancer worked well within group and participated appropriate to their 'job'.	Developing Dancer did not appear to contribute much to the performances.	Unsatisfactory Dancer failed to contribute any effort throughout the performances.
Professionalism Were you on time? Did you work the hours agreed upon?	Exemplary Showed up on time and worked until the very end. Demonstrated professionalism by checking in with Director and behaving appropriately and professionally.	Proficient May have been late or left early but was respectful throughout the performances.	Developing Did not show up BUT showed responsibility by communicating with Director beforehand.	Unsatisfactory Did not show up and failed to communicate with Director. Showed zero responsibility and professionalism.
