Student does not try to clarify what is not understood because he lacks language skills even with support.

Student has idea to ask questions to clarify what is not understood. With support, student's thought is put together in form of question and answers questions with support.

student ask questions to clarify what is not understood and answers questions based on what is understood correctly.
