Use of various shapes	Poor The student used one shape continuously throughout the learning exercise without emphasizing or using all shapes accordingly.	Good The student used less than 3 of the needed five shapes within their learning exercise. Revision is needed to implement use of all 5 shapes.	Advanced The student was able to use all five shapes accordingly in ways which benefit the learning exercise. All shapes are evident and recognized by the student.
Shape Formation	Poor The student has little to no recognition on how to create shapes. Shapes appear relatively disfigured and do not resemble the shapes discussed in the lesson.	Good The student has made a valiant effort to create all shapes independently. However, revision is necessary in order for the shapes to be further recognized.	Advanced The student showed advance creations of shapes within their work with little to no revision. Shapes are easily recognizable.
Presentation	Poor The student was not aware of the shapes used nor the terminology or facts relevant to these shapes.	Good The student was able to use mathematical language when discussing their robot, however, required several prompts form the teacher to do so.	Advanced The student effortlessly was able to discuss the concepts using mathematical language and address the diverse shapes within their creations.
Final Product	Poor Final product requires additional revision before the student can complete additional tasks.	Good Final product is good overall, however requires additional work and/or corrections where needed.	Advanced The final product is neatly organized and does not require any further revision or assistance.
