	Proficient 25 pts	Developing 20 pts	Not Proficient 15 pts
Content	Proficient Project clearly shows understanding of the content by using multiple relevant examples and cited events from the unit of study.	Developing Project shows some understanding by providing some un-cited details or examples from the unit of study.	Not Proficient Project shows limited or no understanding with little or no details or examples from the unit of study.
RAFT Format	Proficient Student follows RAFT by writing or by using another FORMAT that make(s) clear the role, audience, and topic. The RAFT develops the topic.	Developing Student follows RAFT by properly identifying role, audience, and topic. The RAFT retells the given role without developing the topic.	Not Proficient Student presents a RAFT that does not clearly identify a role, audience or topic. Coverage of the topic is insufficient.
Organization & Neatness	Proficient RAFT 's content is organized in logical order. The RAFT project is very neatly done with care and accuracy.	Developing RAFTs content is not well organized. The RAFT project is somewhat neat which detracts from the overall quality of the work.	Not Proficient The format is not developed and the content is not sufficient to meet content goals. The RAFT is carelessly done which make reading and comprehending the project difficult.
All topics addressed	Proficient RAFT discusses the commerce, social values, and culture of Ancient Greece.	Developing RAFT covers two out of the three content areas.	Not Proficient RAFT dose not cover all content areas or contact is not clear.
