Travel	Poor This item was not budgeted.	Fair Student did not include cost of food if driving or transport between airport and hotel if flying.	Good Student included either mileage to and from destination with gas costs and food included OR price of flight plus transport between airport to hotel.
Hotel	Poor Budget includes costs for less than 6 nights and room is not appropriate for group size.	Fair Budget includes costs for less than 6 nights or room is not appropriate for group size.	Good Budget includes costs for 6 nights and room is appropriate for group size.
Food	Poor Only 1-2 meals per day were planned for each person, the group meal and/or adult meal was not planned.	Fair 2 meals per day planned per person, group meal or adult meal was not planned.	Good 3 meals per day planned per person, group meal and adult meal were planned.
