	ADVANCED Students at this level demonstrate a comprehensive and indepth understanding of rigorous subject matter and provide sophisticated solutions to complex problems. 4 pts	PROFICIENT Students at this level demonstrate of challenging subject matter and solve a wide variety of problems. 3 pts	NEEDS IMPROVEMENT Students at this level demonstrate a partial understanding of subject matter and solve some simple problems. 2 pts	WARNING/FAILURE Students at this level demonstrate a minimal understanding of subject matter and do not solve simple problems. 1 pts
CAPITALIZATION	ADVANCED The first word of every sentence is capitalized. Every proper noun is capitalized.	PROFICIENT The first word of every sentence is capitalized. Most proper nouns are capitalized.	NEEDS IMPROVEMENT The first word of most sentences is capitalized. Some proper nouns are capitalized.
