General Learning Outcomes	Poor Learning outcomes do not match proposed objectives of assignment.	Fair Learning outcomes chosen match some of the proposed objectives of the assignment; however, some justification must be made for some.	Good Learning outcomes match proposed outcomes very well.
Organization	Poor Was not organized, did not hand in appropriate documents.	Fair Semi-organized; needed to be reminded of documents to be handed in.	Good Organized; did not need to be reminded which documents to keep/hand in.
Work Ethic	Poor Did not work during the time given. Not handed in before proposed time.	Fair Worked fairly well during the time given.	Good Worked very well in the time given.
Challenge level	Poor Does not truly test the abilities of the student.	Fair While not the easiest project the student could have chosen, not the most challenging. Applies very little new knowledge.	Good Something new and different; a challenge.
