Activity was not unique or taken from another source. Instructions were unclear and not within the 5 minute time frame.
Level 2 - Trying

Activity was too similar to other activities already created. Limited instructions were given, no play time was allotted.
Level 3 - Understand

Activity was unique but students were unable to condense instruction and very little play time was allotted.
Level 4 - Expert

Activity was unique and clear instructions were given. The class was able to play activity within the allotted 5 minutes.
