90 Degree Push Up
This rubric will help students' assess performance of 1 minute curl-up performance. Each student will perform curl-ups while their partner videos. Students will self evaluate using the rubric and video analysis.

Student comes up to touch elbows to thighs and returns to starting position, so scapulas touch the mat.
Body Alignment
Good Start
Student is either twisting their torso on the way up to thighs, pushing off mat with elbow or lifting glutes off mat more than 3 times.
Getting There
Student is either twisting their torso on the way up to thighs, pushing off mat with elbow or lifting glutes off mat 3 or less times.
Muscle Builder
Student maintains proper body position, straight body all the way up to thighs and back down to mat without twisting, pushing off mat with elbow or lifting glutes off mat.
