Organization	Poor Observations were disorganized or absent and graph was lacking in substance or not present at all.	Fair Observations were in sentences, but not paragraph format. Graph was not composed correctly (temperature and time on wrong axis)	Good Observations were in paragraph format and graph was composed correctly.
