Oral presentation is pronounced correctly most of the time. There may be errors, but these do not interfere with understanding. It is evident that the student practiced. May have needed some more practice to perfect.
Excellent

Oral presentation is pronounced correctly almost all the time. Student speaks loudly and enunciates enough to be understood by most anyone. Student is not rushing, but is not too slow.
