Create a 3-day meal plan. Plan each breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2-3 snacks and beverages to meet daily recommended number of servings for each food group. Each day must include:
a) Three meals, two or three snacks, and drinks
b) Serving sizes for each item to eat or drink (submitted to food tracker)
c) Food group to which each food or drink item belongs (food tracker calculates this for you)
d) Daily total number of servings for each food group(generated on food tracker)
