	Exceeds 4 pts	Meets 3 pts	Partially Meets 2 pts	Does not meet 1 pts
Conduct	Exceeds Student independently uses appropriate voice volume and talks at appropriate times. Does not interrupt others.	Meets Student needs prompt to use appropriate voice volume and usually talks at appropriate times. Does not usually interrupt others.	Partially Meets Student has difficulty controlling the volume of his/her voice and forgets when is an appropriate time to talk. Student has trouble with interrupting others. .	Does not meet Student has major difficulty controlling the volume of his/her voice and continually speaks out and talks at the inappropriate time.
Following Directions	Exceeds Student follows all directions immediately.	Meets Student follows directions, but occasionally requires prompting to get started.	Partially Meets Student has to be reminded of directions before he/she can begin.	Does not meet Student continually has difficulty following directions without the help of others.
Job Completion	Exceeds Student completes his/her work in a quiet manner and stays on task at all times.	Meets Student completes his/her work and stays on task majority of the time.	Partially Meets Student needs direct help to complete assignments or stay on task.	Does not meet Student does not respond to assistance or completes assignments in a timely manner and has difficulty staying on task.
Respect of Others	Exceeds Student reliably respects other's space. Never bothers others.	Meets Student usually respects other's space. Rarely requires redirection nor bothers others.	Partially Meets Student sometimes requires redirection and has trouble respecting others' space. Sometimes bothers others while they are working or reading.	Does not meet Students does not respond to redirection and has trouble respecting others' space. Usually bothers others while they are working or reading.
Cooperation	Exceeds Student reliably uses polite words with others and helps when needed.	Meets Student usually uses polite words with others and helps when needed. Tends to get along well with others.	Partially Meets Student has had difficulty getting along with others , has said or done unkind things less than once a week.	Does not meet Student does not get along well with others, frequently does unkind things to others, has to be removed.
