Student follows directions, but occasionally requires prompting to get started.

Student continually has difficulty following directions without the help of others.

Student needs direct help to complete assignments or stay on task.

Student does not respond to assistance or completes assignments in a timely manner and has difficulty staying on task.
Respect of Others

Student reliably respects other's space. Never bothers others.
Meets

Student usually respects other's space. Rarely requires redirection nor bothers others.
Partially Meets

Student sometimes requires redirection and has trouble respecting others' space. Sometimes bothers others while they are working or reading.
Does not meet

Students does not respond to redirection and has trouble respecting others' space. Usually bothers others while they are working or reading.
Cooperation

Exceeds

Student reliably uses polite words with others and helps when needed.
Meets

Student usually uses polite words with others and helps when needed. Tends to get along well with others.
Partially Meets

Student has had difficulty getting along with others , has said or done unkind things less than once a week.
Does not meet

Student does not get along well with others, frequently does unkind things to others, has to be removed.
