Math Curse Activity This rubric will be used to score an assignment where students will be creating their own Math Curse book. Rubric Code: UX6XW3 By cllblank Ready to use Public Rubric Subject: Math Type: Project Grade Levels: K-5

Math Curse Activity
	Excellent 5 pts	Good 4 pts	Average 3 pts	Below Average 2 pts	Unacceptable 1 pts
Creating Word Problems	Excellent Student must create at least ten word problems that will be used in a Math Curse activity.	Good Student must create eight or nine word problems that will be used in a Math Curse activity.	Average Student must create seven or six word problems that will be used in a Math Curse activity.	Below Average Student must create five or four word problems that will be used in a Math Curse activity.	Unacceptable Student must create a minimum of three word problems that will be used in a Math Curse activity.
Neatness/Organization	Excellent Math Curse activity must be typed, look professional, be colorful, have numbered pages, and follow all expectations.	Good Math Curse activity must be typed, contain page numbers, look professional, colorful, and follow most expectations.	Average Math Curse activity is neatly hand-written, pictures and text are in black and white, contains no page numbers, and some expectations are followed.	Below Average Math Curse activity is messy, pictures and text are in black and white, contains no page numbers, and follows few expectations.	Unacceptable Math Curse activity cannot be read, on notebook paper, pictures and text are in black and white, contains no page numbers, and follows very few expectations.
Correct Word Problems	Excellent Student correctly writes and answers all word problems.	Good Student correctly writes and answers eight or nine word problems.	Average Student correctly writes and answers six or seven word problems.	Below Average Student correctly writes and answers four or five word problems.	Unacceptable Student correctly writes and answers at least three word problems.
