Quality of Work	Poor Did not contribute to the work required or did work that usually needs to be checked/ redone by others to ensure quality.	Expected Provides the required work and contributes when and what is asked.	Admirable Provides high quality work.	Excellent Provides work of the highest quality possible and leads others to achieve the same quality.	4
Problem Solving Skills	Poor Did not try to help solve problems encountered by group. Lets others do the work.	Expected Does not suggest or refine solutions, but is willing to try out solutions suggested by others.	Admirable Refines solutions suggested by others, uses others' ideas to formulate new ones.	Excellent Actively looks for and suggests solutions to problems. Comes up with creative ways to solve problems.	4
Working with Others	Poor Did not make any contributions to ideas and made no effort to be part of the group.	Expected Often listens to, shares with, and supports efforts of others, but sometimes is not a team player.	Admirable Usually listens to, share with, and supports the efforts of others.
