BIEN!
Writer has included some or a few detailed sentences, leaving out key components of the writing prompt. Sentences are somewhat unorganized.

Paragraphs are very unorganized. There is little or no flow. Incomplete coverage of topic.

SENSACIONAL!
Reader can always understand what the writer is trying to communicate. Spanish vocabulary and idioms are used correctly. No interpretation on part of reader is necessary.
