Grammar and vocabulary	Poor many errors, hard/ impossible to understand due to grammar mistakes and inadequate vocabulary.	Fair Hard to understand due to grammar mistakes; vocabulary is often inaccurate	Good good; some errors both grammatically and or vocabulary.	Very Good frequent errors which do not hinder communication; vocabulary is functional however fails to communicate full meaning.	Excellent excellent; very few or no errrors; vocabulary is precise and varied.
