Directions	Poor Student was uncooperative and did not attend to any of the lesson or task. Constant redirection was necessary, directions were not followed.	Fair Directions were not followed while lesson was presented. A lot of redirection needed.	Good Directions were followed accurately as lesson was presented. Little redirection needed.	Excellent Directions were followed accurately as lesson was presented. No redirection needed.
Accuracy	Poor There were numerous errors (4 or more) in performing the task with consistent redirection.	Fair There were 2 to 3 errors in the activity. Constant prompting was needed.	Good There was 1 error in the activity with minimal prompting required.	Excellent There were no errors in the activity and no prompting was necessary.
Quality	Poor Student performed task with no effort or attention to accuracy or neatness or specifications required to complete task.	Fair It is evident that little effort was made to complete the task and that neatness and accuracy of instructions were not followed.	Good The task is acceptable and neat, with minor errors, and instructions followed with minimal prompting.	Excellent The end product or service was completed with neatness and accuracy, meeting all necessary requirements with no prompting necessary.
