All toes on floor. Ankles don't roll inward/outward.
Knees face directly over toes. Legs turned out from hips. knees straight,
hips aligned w/ center of feet, shoulders pulled down, kept wide & flat. Chest lifted w/out allowing ribs to stick out, neck relaxed & chin held up. Feet always pointed. Arms engaged strongly not lifted above shoulder level.
