Proficient * Participates in dance with a positive attitude. * Needs to be remindedd to focus at times. * Can stay focused and follows instructions well.	Excellent * Participates in dance with enthusiasm, and encourages others to participate. * Is consistently focused and on task and encourages others to remain focused.
Effort in performance	Beginning * Shows very little to no energy in movement. * Does not perform with concentration and focus.	Satisfactory * Shows some energy in movements. * Has trouble maintaining concentration and focus.	Proficient * Shows energy in movements. * Can hold concentration and focus most of the time.
