Rubric for Islamic History Lesson
This rubric was designed to assess three aspects of the work of Primary 3 students after an Islamic history lesson. The three aspects are (1) Evidence of Understanding, (2) Level of Creativity, and (3) Display of Values.
Evidence of Understanding
Student's work must show and display understanding of the difficulties and challenges that Muslims faced from the people of Quraish.
Student's work has yet to display understanding of concept.
Keep trying! You may want to ask more questions to your teacher about the parts of the lesson that you do not understand.
Student's work displays a developing understanding of the concept.
You're almost there! You may want to ask your teacher about some parts of the lesson that you have not completely understood.
Student's work has displayed a good understanding of the concept.
Good effort! You may want to ask your teacher how you show your understanding in a better way.
Student's work has shown great understanding of the concept.
Marvelous! You may want to share with your friends what you think about the concept so that they might learn from you.
Level of Creativity
Student's level of creativity in his/her product creation. This includes the use of drawings, colours, design, vocabulary, and depth of imagination.
