Student shows that he/she is barely prepared to play--he/she takes lots of time to tune his/her instrument and find his/her music. He/she is not ready to play as soon as a song is chosen and takes up a lot of time trying to find the chosen song. He/she plays randomly on his/her instrument while his/her teammates are getting ready and is not ready when the leader counts the song off.
