Excellent

In-Class assignment is complete and finished to student's best ability. Student working according to the task description.
Satisfactory

In-Class assignment is partially complete and needs minor corrections.
It is completed to student's best ability and student is working according to the task description.
Unsatisfactory

The student does not complete In-Class assignment in time period given, refuses to start or abandons classwork once started.
Ability to Follow Directions

Excellent

Follows directions to the letter. Uses others and tools for guides when needed. Student is able to complete the task largely without assistance. Offers assistance to others.
Satisfactory

Mostly follows directions. Listens to others around him when needed. Student is able to complete the task with little assistance.
Unsatisfactory

Student is non-compliant when given directions. Student refuses help or remains unable to complete the task when offered assistance.
Work Habits/Time Mgmt

Excellent

Student comes to class prepared and ready to get work. Routinely uses time well throughout classwork. Helps others when requested.
Satisfactory

Student is somewhat prepared for class but may need assistance in getting to work. Student uses time well, and completes task with minimal guidance.
Unsatisfactory

Student makes no effort to be prepared to work. Student refuses tools and assistance offered to get organized. Does not use time well.
Demonstrate Understanding

Excellent

Through completion of task, student demonstrates understanding of the In-Class assignment, and the skill set required to complete task.
Satisfactory

Through partial completion of the In-Class assignment, student demonstrates some understanding of the task and the skills required.
Unsatisfactory

As demonstrated by minimal completion or abandoned progress, student shows faulty understanding of the In-Class assignment, and the skill set required to complete task.
