Outstanding Most of the content for the 9 weeks is included. (May only be missing 2 pieces)	Advanced All contents for the 9 weeks is included.
Notes	In Progress Many of my notes are missing.	Proficent Some of my notes are missing. More than 3 days of notes are missing.	Outstanding Most of my notes are in my notebook, but I may be missing something due to being absent. (one or two notes.)	Advanced All of my notes are in my notebook; even from the days I was absent. I made it a point to get notes from a peer or the teacher.
Neatness	In Progress My notebook is not neat. I have not colored well, taken neat notes, or glued pieces in.	Proficent My notebook is neat for the most part. I have tried to color well, glued in my pieces, but some of my notes a messy.	Outstanding My notebook is very neat. I have written notes neatly, colored neatly, and used glue wisely.	Advanced My notebook is extremely neat. My handwriting, and coloring are excellent. I used glue wisely.
Preparedness	In Progress I was always having to go to my locker to get my notebook or supplies.	Proficent I had to go to my locker 3 times or less to get my notebook or supplies.	Outstanding I only forgot my notebook or supplies once.	Advanced I never had to go to my locker to get my supplies or notebook.
Organization	In Progress My notebook is not organized and I did not complete the table of contents.	Proficent My notebook is organized for the most part. I have forgotten to complete the table of contents a time or two.	Outstanding My notebook is very organized, and my table of contents is complete; however, I have one or two items outs of place.	Advanced My notebook is extremely organized. My table of contents matches the pages perfectly and I can flip right to the material by using it.
