Catching Ball Skills
1
Able to catch 8 inch ball from 3-4 feet away while trapping against body.

Able to catch 8 inch ball from 4 feet away trapping against body.
3
Able to catch 8 inch ball from 5 feet away while trapping against body.
4
Able to catch 8 inch ball from 4 feet away with arms away from body.
Kicking Ball Skills
1
Able to kick 8 inch stationary ball for at least 3-4 feet.
2
Able to kick 8 inch stationary ball for at least 5 feet.

Able to kick a rolling ball for 3 feet within 6" of target.
4
Able to kick a rolling ball for 4 feet within 6" of target.
Jumping Forward
1
Able to jump off the ground with feet clearing floor.

Able to jump forward at least 1 foot away with feet apart.

Balance Beam

Able to walk on balance beam for 10 feet with minimal assistance by therapist or stepping off more than 5 times.

Able to walk on balance beam for 10 feet without support while stepping off 2 times or less.
Unilateral LE balance

Able to stand on one leg with minimal assist.

Able to stand on one leg for 5 seconds independently.

Able to hop on one leg for 2-3 times.
4
Able to hop on one leg for at least 4-5 times.
