Content Info./Knowledge Presented	Poor The information presented does not cover most of the major points, but somewhat relates to the assigned event.	Satisfactory The information presented does not cover most of the major issues dealing with the event, but does not completely relate to the assigned event.	Advanced The information presented covers all major key points, and other important information. The student makes clear what the topic is and explains so that anyone could understand.
Design/Appearance	Poor The packet lacks color and creativity. None of the pictures relate to the assigned event.	Satisfactory The packet has some color and creativity. Most of the pictures relate to the event assigned.	Advanced The packet is extremely colorful and creative. All of the pictures clearly relate to the assigned event.
Structure	Poor 4 or more of the important pages is missing. None of the pages are in order.	Satisfactory One to three of the important pages is missing. One or two pages are out of order.	Advanced The following pages are present: titlepage, basic information page, main people involved, speech page, interview page, 2 news article pages, how did the event change the world page. Pages are in the correct order.
Spelling/Grammar	Poor Student has many grammatical errors and/or spelling mistakes in the packet; the packet is illeligible.	Satisfactory Student has some grammatical errors or spelling mistakes in the packet; it is still readable and neat.
