Participation	Excellent Participatant encourages and motivates interaction with other students & instructor, doesn't dominate.	Above Average Initiates and responds to other student & instructor comments.	Average Occasionally responds to other students &/or instructor.	Below Average Responds to instructor prompts only	Poor No participation.
Quality of Response	Excellent Participation relates to main topic and adds new concepts, ideas, or information	Above Average Relates to main topic with some supporting details.	Average Participation clearly relates to main topic, but has a minimum of supporting detail.	Below Average Participation clearly relates to main topic, but lacks details or examples.	Poor Participation contains minimal information or relevancy to main topic.
Knowledge of Professional Terms	Excellent Use of professional (business and leadership) vocabulary occurs consistently and comfortably.	Above Average	Average Use of professional vocabulary occurs but not consistently.	Below Average	Poor Participation involves unprofessional vocabulary &/or tone.
Critical Thinking	Excellent Participation consistently shows evidence of critical/reflective thinking around business, leadership and ethics.	Above Average Participation shows critical thinking/reflective thinking around business, leadership and ethics.
