Sufficient Use of Class Time	Excellent Used time well in class period. Focused on getting project done and never distracted others.	Fair Used some of time well during each class period. There was some loss of class time due to socializing rather than focusing on project.	Poor Did not use class time efficiently, often distracted others, did not complete project on time.
Content	Excellent Provides excellent information: ex: Story content, articles are consistent with photos. Articles should be relevant to newsletter content.	Fair Provides most of the information required. Missing information on articles used, does not flow well, does not relate to photos or newsletter content	Poor Provides little information required. Articles do not match photos used. Articles do not relate to content of newsletter.
